My name is Juan Esteban Ossa and I am a young civil engineer from Colombia. After working for seven years in colombia, I moved to the Netherlands to pursue a Masters degree in Construction Management and Engineering at the TU Delft, which I completed in 2021. I am 32 years old, fluent in both Spanish and English, and currently in the process of learning Dutch (B1 level). I enjoy traveling and exploring new places, attending concerts and music festivals, and playing the guitar.
I am looking for an apartment to rent in Rotterdam because I am excited about the prospect of living in a larger city and connecting with friends and people who already live in the area. As a tenant, I am reliable, responsible, and organized. I have always been punctual with rent payments and take great care of the place I rent.
As a potential tenant, I am looking for a one person apartment or a studio, ideally well connected to public transport. I would prefer an unfurnished apartment as I already own most furniture, but am open to furnished options as well. I am able to provide references from previous landlords upon request.
