Hallo allemaal,
Per direct een huisgenoot gezocht.
Voor ons prachtige appartement (van 100 m2) in Rotterdam:-)

Omschrijving
Reeds opgeknapt en zeer licht appartement wat zich bevindt op loopafstand van winkelcentrum Zuidplein met diverse winkels voor dagelijkse boodschappen, restaurantjes en openbaar vervoer. Verder goed bereikbaar en uitstekend gelegen ten opzichte van diverse uitvalswegen en binnen 10 minuten ben je in het hart van Rotterdam. Op 500 meters afstand is er trouwens gratis parkeren.

De woning (met twee verdiepingen) heeft drie zeer grote slaapkamers (van meer dan 20 m2),
drie balkons, twee badkamers,
twee toiletten, centrale verwarming, isolerend dubbel glas met kunststof kozijnen en een moderne keuken.
De keuken is voorzien van een 4-pits gaskookplaat met afzuigunit, combimagnetron, vaatwasser, koelkast en een vriezer.
De eerste badkamer bevindt zich op de tweede etage. Deze is ingericht met een luxe douchecabine, een wastafel en wasapparatuur.
Op de bovenetage grenst de badkamer (met bad , wastafel en een apart toilet) aan de derde ruime slaapkamer.

De investering
De kamer is voor een jaar of korter te huur. Voor deze prachtige en ruime woning / kamer is de investering 560 euro pp.
Alles inclusief (internet tv, gas water licht en belastingen, afval etc ) kom je op een bedrag van 685 euro All in. Er wordt een borg van 1,5 maand gevraagd.
Uiteraard komt eea in een contract te staan.

Verder
Inschrijving is mogelijk en alles gaat op basis van een contract/ vergunning.
Het huis kan eventueel gemeubileerd opgeleverd worden. Ook kan het huis / de kamer uiteraard naar eigen smaak ingericht worden.

We have a nice room to rent in our home in Rotterdam. ). 

Description 
Refurbished and very bright apartment and is within walking distance of shoppingcentre  Zuidplein with various shops for daily shopping, restaurants and public transport. Furthermore, easily accessible and excellent location in relation to various roads and within 10 minutes you are in the heart of Rotterdam.
The lively neighbourhood is multi-ethnic, with all shopping within 200 mtrs. Huge shopping mall at 800 meters.
Free parking and public transport at 500 mtrs. Lovely park with free tenniscourts and fitness equipment at 800m, close to Ahoy eventhall. Downtown citycentre 2 km by bike, bus, metro OR watertaxi
To be honest, this is not the poshest side of town. No, here it's more fun, and far more cosmopolitan. This is south of Rotterdam.
 
The house (with two floors) has three very large bedrooms of more than 20 m2 and give each access to a sunny but sheltered terrace there are three terrassen)
with a stunning view.
The sunny upper balcony has a view on the Southpark and Ahoy eventhal.

The kitchen, equipped with a 4-burner gas hob with extraction unit, combi microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and a freezer. 
The spacious hall gives access to two spacious  bedrooms.
In the hallway on the second floor there is a separate toilet and the first bathroom. This is furnished with a luxurious shower cabin, a sink and washing equipment. On the fourth floor is the third bedroom,  a bathroom with bath/shower, a sink and a separate toilet.

The investment
The room (23 m2) can be rent out for one Year Or less. Ideally, We’re looking for someone to stay at least six months, and is not to noisy.
For this beautiful and spacious room/ home the investment is 560 euros per person. 
685 uros pp is the amound includes water, light and other public utilities.
Deposit will be rent of 1,5 Month.
Registration is possible and the house can possibly be furnished if you like.
The house / the room can also be decorated to your own taste.
