1.I am a 25-year-old female who will be pursuing a Master's degree in Business Information Management at RSM starting in September 2023.
2.From 2020 to 2022, I worked at the KPMG Beijing office as a senior auditor. During this time, I have managed to save a sufficient amount of money and can also rely on financial support from my family if necessary.
3.Throughout my two years in Beijing, I rented accommodations with other tenants. I have maintained excellent relationships with both landlords and housemates. I do not smoke and do not own any pets. I am known to be a quiet, tidy, responsible and organized individual. If required, I can provide references attesting to my timely rent payments and share pictures from previous rental experiences.
4.If needed, I am more than willing to provide additional documentation as proof of my employment contract, university acceptance offer, income statement, or deposit etc.
