I hope this message finds you well I currently live in Rotterdam, where I have been living for the past 1.5 years. I work full-time at Fareharbor in Amsterdam, with a gross monthly income of €3000. I am Greek and working full time, sometimes remotely as well. In my free time I do yoga, volunteering, cooking and learning Dutch. I don't have pets and I am not a smoker. I am searching for a studio/apartment!

I have all the required documents prepared, including proof of income, identification, and references from my previous landlord, and am ready to provide these as needed to support my application. I am looking for a place that suits my needs, and I am confident I would be a responsible and reliable tenant.
