1 room of 15m2 available for 850 Euro excl.* per month AND
1 double-room available for 850 Euro excl.* per month, 7 and 9 m2.
There is a discount of 50 Euros p/m until sustainability measures are installed, so starting with 800 Euros.

The house has 5 rooms and 100 m2 surface with tiled backyard, it is completely furnished, also linen is available. There is an extra kitchen area, a modern bathroom and nice garden for sitting outside with back entrance and shed for bikes. Currently there is only 1 young working man staying. Prospective residents should be neat and tidy persons.
Registration is not possible, contract duration can be 6 months to 2 years, the deposit is 1 month rent and a contract end notice for the next full calendar month is defined without conditions.
